Adam Proto is an accomplished Event Professional with decades of experience in the field of strategic event creation and development across a broad spectrum; with exceptional expertise in creative producing, experiential engagement, live event production, bespoke property creation, training and team development.
A unique background, which allows him to constantly challenge events and produce solution models with fresh ideas that engage at all levels, with a human centric approach.
He has experienced acquisitions; been a minor and major shareholder in five companies, headed up departments; company owner since 2002; lived and worked in the Middle East and worked perm-lance for a couple of the best agencies in the world.
Adam is a creative and highly astute commercial thinker, with a can-do, proactive, innovative and insightful leadership approach. He strives to develop, guide and lead high achieving and talented teams of diverse and multi- disciplined individuals.
